    No programming …
    Jay,
    No programming or money, but have an idea that I already have planned out. What should I do? Should I learn programming, get an investor to fund me and then hire one maybe of his recommendation, get a friend to help me, or try to find someone on elance that will try the idea with me as a cofounder?
